If you’re a mom, wife or lead a busy life, you know how easy it is to pour every ounce of your energy into everyone else. As a mom of two boys, I’ve been there. It is so easy to let our lives revolve entirely around our families, and in the process, lose sight of who we are and how truly beautiful we are.
